Clients are responsible for providing accurate and complete information necessary for the development and delivery of our services. You agree to collaborate with our team and provide any required resources or access needed to fulfill our obligations.

Payment for our services is due as outlined in the project agreement. Invoices must be paid within the specified time frame. Late payments may incur additional fees. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if payment is not received.

All intellectual property rights related to the solutions we develop, including but not limited to software, designs, and content, remain the property of MVD-TECH unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Clients are granted a license to use the deliverables as specified in the project agreement.

We respect the confidentiality of our clients’ information. Any sensitive data or proprietary information shared with MVD-TECH will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing the agreed-upon services.

MVD-TECH shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for the specific project or service in question.

Either party may terminate the project agreement with written notice if the other party breaches any material term of the agreement. Upon termination, any outstanding fees for services rendered must be paid by the client.

MVD-TECH reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which MVD-TECH operates. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved through arbitration or in the courts of that jurisdiction.
